Electronic Application Form

Your existing application forms can be linked to our software without change. You can then send the forms to applicants as email attachments or allow download from your website as Word documents. Your applicants can complete the forms offline and return to you. The system then creates case records automatically without any re-keying and the form is permanently attached to the case for reference or distribution. This provides a valuable service to your applicants and greatly reduces paper handling and re-keying by your staff.
